People are one of the most common subjects to photograph. We can photograph people in a lot of different ways – documentary style, we can create art or fashion photos, business or lifestyle portraits or just everyday family pictures. Each genre has a different purpose which drives the creative process behind taking the photograph.
28.03.2020 (Day 1) and 29.03.2020 (Day 2)
This will be a practical 2-day workshop where you will learn trough a mixture of demonstration, instruction and practical shooting the skills required to photograph people well.
The first day will begin with a bit of theory before we start photographing with external flash. We will use studio flash and small flash units, reflectors and various flash modifiers. The second day will be about photographing people using natural light or a mixture of flash and natural light on location outside.

What do you need before you attend the workshop?
There are no prerequisites for taking this workshop, but it is strongly recommended that you have basic knowledge about how to use you camera. If you have already attended my “Everything you need to know workshop“, then you already have the theoretical background needed to attend this workshop as well!
Do I need a specific camera gear to attend this workshop?
You will not need any specific gear to attend the workshop. Just bring your camera. You will be able to use the gear available during the workshop to practice. A list of recommended gear will be sent on all participants who decide that they want to pursue portrait photography.
What is the price of the workshop?
Both days of the workshop can be booked together for 250 Euro or a single day can be booked for 185 Euro.
